Role Responsibilities

Duties will vary depending on the placement and your experience, and may include:

• Clinical pharmacy services
• Dispensary support
• Ward-based clinical care
• Medication reviews and reconciliation
• Patient counselling and discharge planning
• Participation in multidisciplinary team rounds

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Hospital experience essential
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements, which may include:
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Vaccination / Immunisation evidence
